Three incredible women are taking the reins as Co-CEOs! Our powerhouse team of leaders includes Jennifer Miller, Danielle Phippen, and Heidi Brown, who bring a combined six decades of experience to the table. They've been there, done that, and rewritten the rulebook (many times) along the way.

As a company that has pioneered the DMC landscape for over 50 years, we need experienced leaders. Unlike any other DMC leader in the industry, Jennifer, Danielle, and Heidi haven't just managed or sold event experiences – they've lived and breathed them. With DMC-specific backgrounds in sales, creative design, operations and hospitality, they bring a combined six decades of experience to the table, having "grown up in the business" and successfully navigated its complexities. This unique understanding fuels their passion for pushing boundaries and consistently exceeding client expectations. They have proven success, and know what it takes to operate a successful DMC, and it shows in success after success at Access.
