As a Destination Management Company (DMC), we’re constantly seeking out collaborators who elevate the guest experience—and AZHG does just that.
Founded by award-winning chef and Chopped alum Marissa Delgado and Kellie Delgado, an unstoppable force to be reckoned with, this women-, BIPOC-, latinx- and LGBTQ+-owned business embodies everything we stand for as a DMC: creative, intentional, and rooted in community. What started as a grassroots effort to support hospitality workers during the pandemic has since grown into one of the most innovative and purpose-driven catering collectives we’ve worked with.
Their mission? To make events feel like Arizona—through food, storytelling, and immersive, hyper-local experiences. As Marissa puts it, “We don’t just feed people—we connect them. Every bite tells a story, and every table becomes a place of belonging.” Think: cotton candy spun from organic sugar infused with Del Bac whiskey. Or a churro racetrack. Or locally sourced ribeye grilled to perfection and plated with house-made cobbler, all branded to match the moment.
They’re more than just food (though let’s be honest—their food is next-level). Their team crafts story-rich, locally-sourced experiences that range from whiskey-infused cotton candy and churro racetracks to chef-branded ribeyes grilled on-site and artisanal trail mix tucked inside custom take-home boxes. Everything they create is a celebration of place, people, and purpose.
