Program Coordinator - Sales

ACCESS   Destination Services is a Destination Management Company (DMC) that specializes in providing meeting services and enhancements to inbound travel corporate and Incentive Groups.   ACCESS   is seeking a person to fill a Program Support Position .  This position helps in coordinating special events & meeting services and is part of a team lead by a Program Manager.  This is primarily an 8 to 5 position with opportunities to work on site if desired and needed.

Excellent organization, communication and people skills are necessary.  The candidate must be comfortable using Outlook, Act, Word, Telephone and Excel on a daily basis and must possess a willingness to learn and enjoy people in this multi-tasking environment.

Major components of our group activity programs/services include group transportation, tours, activities, excursions, staffing and corporate quality event production.  Must be proficient in Word and Excel and enjoy communicating with vendors and staff. 

Requirements:
A minimum High School diploma is required.  Office hours are 8 to 5 M-F.  ACCESS   works in a team environment therefore dependability and excellent attendance is a must.  Good written & verbal communication skills are essential to excel in working with vendors and staff.  Understanding of any hospitality business as it pertains to inbound group travel would be a plus.
