A Night on the Set! When a communications giant approached our team with a wish list for creating an interactive Welcome Reception to kick off their annual rewards and recognition program in Hollywood, the ACCESS Los Angeles team knew just how to make it happen. Requirements included weaving in the overall conference theme of "Take Action, Be a Star"; capitalizing upon the Hollywood experience; producing a fun-filled event that would appeal to all ages and building in marketing opportunities for the evening's event sponsor. The resulting special event, "A Night on the Set" was conceived to perfectly complement the client's promotional campaign and meet all event requirements. This energizing, interactive opening reception was a blend of old and new Hollywood where guests were pampered, celebrity-style, as if they were right there on the movie set.
