
The success of ACCESS Destination Services and the contributions it is able to make to the community are, in large part, due to the hard work, dedication, strategic thinking, team development and leadership of General Manager Jennifer Miller. Her integrity, passion, experience and genuine love of the hospitality industry have earned her the respect and admiration of her peers, clients and vendors. Since Miller joined in 2002, the San Diego office has grown more than 300 percent. As an accomplished "business influencer," she recognizes the value of networking and partnering with others to market San Diego as a destination.
Miller is very involved in the community and gravitates toward family and youth-oriented causes. She has been a volunteer at the Easter Seals' Camp-Ability, donating her weekends eight to 10 times per year to "adopt" a disabled child for the weekend in a program designed to provide the occasional much-needed break to parents of disabled children. This summer, Miller coordinated Operation Give, which brought together 100 local hospitality members for a day of charitable giving at the Ronald McDonald House of San Diego, preparing the new facility for move-in by cleaning, making beds, prepping the kitchen, assembling donated welcome packets, and more.
